Client contact is not editable and deal cannot push to finmo
If you cannot edit a client contact. It could be a duplicate. The steps taken in this instance is the following:
1. Went to contacts
2. Took a screenshot of the contact so then I would be able to recapture it if needed
3. Deleted the contact
4. Went back to the deal
5. Went to the applicant on the deal and went to edit the contact
6. Saved
7. Went back to contacts and it was there and synced the deal and successfully synced.

User cannot validate deal

not capturing tax and heating when transmitting to lender and wrong GDS and TDS
