As it is required for all 8Twelve members, the agent will need to complete the following setup:
1. An invitation was sent to their 8Twelve Emails for the following applications;
a) Accept the Slack Invitation
b) Accept the FINMO Invitation
i) Add their Phone number to their Profile
ii) Add Expert ID to their Profile
Set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Please follow the help guide at: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185839?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
Set up their email signature. They have received an email from SignMyEmails with instructions. Please follow the help guide at: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8395?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
Set up two-step authentication (2FA) for Slack. Please follow this help guide at: https://slack.com/help/articles/204509068-Set-up-two-factor-authentication
